Information we collect

We may collect information you provide through this website, including your name, email address, phone number, property interests, and the details of your inquiry. We may also receive basic website-use information needed to operate and improve the site.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide requested real estate services, communicate about properties, schedule appointments, maintain client records, and operate our business. If you separately consent to SMS communications, we may also send texts related to your inquiry and our real estate services.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, communications, customer relationship management, and real estate services. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us or as required by law.

Data, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS Terms and Conditions

1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at Dave@TheSimonettiTeam.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
6. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy: https://www.thesimonettiteam.com/privacy-policy.

Your choices
