Dave is both a consummate professional as well as approachable and down-to-earth, two extremely important characteristics in what can often seem like a scary and overwhelming process. I didn't know the first thing about buying a home, and Dave was able to easily distill the whole process into something easy to grasp and helped us put together a plan of action to fulfill our dream of becoming homeowners. The fact that his real estate knowledge covers the whole spectrum, from buying and selling to construction to inspections, really put us at ease that we were working with someone who knows what he's doing.
